With our virtual visit services, we can treat colds, fevers, migraines, allergies, and more. Virtual visits allow you to connect with one of our medical professionals from anywhere in Texas, using your cell phone, tablet, or computer to chat via video.
Video consultations offer the benefits of having easy access to healthcare in the convenience of your home or workplace. If you need to speak to a doctor, use our virtual visit tool to be seen. If the provider determines that you need to come in to be seen, the price of your virtual visit will come off the price of your in-person visit as long as it is within 24 hours.
WHAT ARE VIRTUAL OFFICE VISITS?
Virtual visits are the next generation of telehealth, or telemedicine. These visits are video consultations with medical professionals for those who require urgent medical care for minor conditions. You can speak to a doctor from wherever you are, as long as you have an internet connection or a strong cell signal. You can use your cell phone, home computer, or laptop for your virtual visit.

If you are injured on a job site and the nearest clinic is over two hours away, a virtual visit can help to determine the severity of the injury. This saves you drive time and can help keep you at work, which is good for the employee AND employer!
If you are at home and cannot leave the house for any reason or you do not have access to a vehicle, a video conference with a doctor can help put your mind at ease.
HOW DOES A VIRTUAL VISIT WORK?
With our virtual urgent care service, you will have a private and secure video visit with a medical professional. The communication takes place over a secure line in a private room and is used to treat non-emergency conditions.
With virtual urgent care:
• You can have an examination, receive a diagnosis, and be prescribed a treatment - just like a standard visit to our clinic.
• You will receive an after-visit summary, which has a care plan and any follow-up instructions.
• Your primary care physician can be notified to follow up with you about your virtual visit with us.
• Prescriptions can be ordered and sent to the pharmacy of your choice.
Your insurance plan may cover the cost of a virtual urgent care visit. As with other visits, if your insurance is accepted, you are responsible for the copay for your visit.
