    We provide comprehensive urgent care clinic services for a wide range of non-emergency conditions, including abdominal pain, sinus infection, flu treatment, allergies, minor injuries, and more in a convenient walk-in clinic setting. 

  • Do you offer pediatric urgent care for children?

    Yes — our urgent care center treats patients of all ages, including infants, children, teens, and adults, with specialized pediatric urgent care services for conditions like vomiting, asthma, and infections. 

  • Can I get a flu vaccine or other immunizations at WesTex Urgent Care?

    Absolutely — we offer flu vaccines and other recommended immunizations to help protect you and your family from seasonal illnesses. 

  • Are telemedicine services or virtual visits available?

    Yes, in addition to in-person care at our immediate care center, we offer telemedicine services and virtual visits so you can consult a provider from home when appropriate. 

  • What medical services does your urgent care clinic provide?

    We offer a broad array of medical services, including X-ray services, lab tests, rapid COVID-19 testing, STD testing, and more — all designed for fast, high-quality health care. 

  • Can I walk in or do I need an appointment?

    WesTex Urgent Care is a walk-in clinic open 7 days a week, but you may also schedule visits ahead of time to help reduce wait times. 

  • Do you provide DOT physicals, school physicals, or occupational medicine?

    Yes — we offer DOT physicals, school physicals, and a variety of occupational medicine services to support work and school health requirements. 

  • Can you treat migraines, allergy treatment, or IV therapy?

    Our team can diagnose and treat migraine symptoms, offer allergy treatment, and, where appropriate, provide IV therapy to address dehydration and other medical needs. 

  • What should I do if I have a brain injury or a more serious emergency?

    For severe symptoms — such as suspected brain injury (e.g., severe concussion) or life-threatening conditions — seek emergency care immediately (call 911 or go to an emergency room). WesTex should be used for urgent but non-critical medical needs. 

  • Do you offer antibody testing and rapid COVID-19 testing?

    Yes — we provide rapid COVID-19 testing as well as other diagnostic testing that can include antibody testing depending on current availability and guidelines. 

  • Is hormone replacement therapy available at WesTex Urgent Care?

    We offer hormone replacement evaluation and, when appropriate, ongoing care to support overall wellness as part of our comprehensive medical services. 

  • What insurance plans do you accept and how do I prepare for my visit?

    We accept many major insurance plans. For your visit, bring your ID, insurance card, and payment method. You can check in online or walk in for care. 

  • Where are your urgent care centers located?

    WesTex Urgent Care operates multiple locations in the Midland, Odessa, and Andrews, TX areas — convenient for immediate care center visits when you need health care fast.
